Shipping Policy

All pieces are made to order and typically ship within 2 to 4 weeks of your purchase. We will notify you with tracking information when your piece is about to ship. All orders require an adult signature for the package to be released.

All purchased items are insured for their full value before shipment. Please note that Dee Diamonds is not responsible for packages once they have left the facility.

Payment Options

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments via Zelle, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Apple Pay. We also accept offline payments via direct bank deposit. We do not accept cash.
